Gay Marriage; Who's to Say it Isn't Right?

CA Gay Marriage Trial to Resume After Long Break by Lisa Leff http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100612/ap_on_re_us/us_gay_marriage_trial_2

Straight From the Document:

Amendment 10- "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Connection:

There are same sex couples everywhere these days, it seems so average. Lots are aware of the gay marriage laws in some states. There are so many people against the thought of gay's marrying and starting a family. It just seems like a waste of energy to worry about what other human beings are doing if they aren't harming you.

If gay's choose to wed, they must do it within the six out of 50 states in the US. If the couple leaves the state they were wed in, into another state that does not allow gay marriage, they are considered not married. It is uncanny that they won't be married in another state besides one with the law. Some states however, are still debating if they should allow gay marriage or not. California is currently still debating. As of right now if a couple were to have wed between June 16, 2008 and November 4, 2008 they believe they violated the state constitution.
